When one of the license purchases for The Green Solution was in jeopardy, Todd Mitchem quickly sprung to action working with leadership to build a business plan to successfully save the license. He was successful by integrating with regulators, the community, and even the Marijuana Enforcement Division of the State of Colorado to correct the issue and secure the license. Working with the core learning and development team in Texas, Todd’s team built four custom leadership coaching solutions rolled out all over the United States. He also facilitated the kick off of this learning at an annual RGM conferences. Mitchem worked with the senior management to completely overhaul all Pizza Hut store management processes.
